What version of M365 is suitable for my business?
For the majority of small businesses we recommend M365 Business Premium. This is because is the most cost effective way to deliver the best security features along with an Exchange mailbox, online file sharing and the needed office apps.

Why can't I just use my copy of M365 Personal or Home?
According to Microsoft licensing, Microsoft 365 Home and Microsoft 365 Personal are for your personal, noncommercial use only.
They are designed for households and includes features such as family safety settings and parental controls, which may not be applicable or useful in a business environment. Additionally, business versions include features tailored specifically for business needs, such as email hosting, SharePoint and Teams.
While it may be technically possible to use Microsoft 365 Family in a business setting, it is important to consider the limitations and potential risks before making this decision. It is recommended to use the appropriate business version of Microsoft 365 for optimal security, functionality and to conform with MS's licensing.
