Hope you are
all doing well, October was a busy month for us and it flew by
real fast. I'm afraid that if I blink it will be Christmas!
Last week,
Chris started with us as for some work experience. Please say
hi and make him feel welcome if you see him around.
Sorry for
keeping on harping about this but as it is getting closer to the
end of the year, remember to upgrade your Windows 7 machines before
January 2020. See our website
here for more details on what this entails.
The SA Technology
Collective regular "Social Drinks" is on Wednesday the
20th of November at the Woodcroft Tavern. Drop in anytime between
4PM and 6PM for a relaxed chat with other business owners in a

Out
and About in October |
Last
month we took on some new clients and had some "fun"
with a local email server down and also another client losing
their main Internet connection (it pays to have a backup Internet
connection). Some of our other adventures included:
- Stefan
and David attended the SMBiT
Professionals annual conference. This year it was held in
Adelaide and they both met up with some of our interstate partners
and vendors along with learning a lot of new information relating
to security, cloud and on premise based technology.
- We helped
setup and tear down a temporary network of over 150 devices
for a travel expo at the Adelaide Show Grounds.
- Dave installed
some media players and displays for a large financial client
in the Adelaide CBD.
- For the
same client Shane and Stefan have been upgrading a lot of their
systems in a variety of locations right across Adelaide and
in some nearby country towns.
- Stefan
was also out at Murray Bridge doing some work.
