Hello *|FNAME|*,
Another financial year has come and gone and now is the perfect time to reflect and strategise for the year ahead. If you need any help with planning on the tech side of thing, please let me know.
Over the last month David and Sam traveled to Sydney for some training while Bevin and Sean attended some network training and passed the exam.
Below we have articles on:
- navigating the cyber security jungle.
- what to do when you accidentally email the wrong person.
- how to increase employee productivity.
- when and where to use incognito mode when browsing.
We love technology and we love helping people. Give me a call today for a quick (non-salesy) chat to find out whether my team and I can help you better secure your data and get more out of your existing Technology!

Out
and About |
As you all know, IT is always changing and as IT techs we need to keep up on the latest. During June the team attended a variety of training and seminars including topics on networking, security, AI and robotics.
- Bevin and Sean attended the DLink Certified Network Professional Course (DCNP) Switching. They also both passed the training so are now certified DCNP technicians! Well done to you both.
- Sam and David visited Sydney. Sam attended the VogueCodes Summit for Women in IT. There she learnt about the latest advancements in IT with speakers from organisations such as NASA, Microsoft and Commonwealth Bank. She also experienced the latest in AI and robotics.
- David attended the Australian Information Security Association (AISA) SydneySEC conference. There he learnt about the latest in security and why we shouldn't be complacent about protecting our digital assets.

Congratulations to both of out techs, Bevin and Sean, for attending the 1 day trainng course and passing the exam for the
D-Link Certified Network Professional Course (DCNP) Switching.
Passing the exam demonstrates that the people have an in-depth information on networking and incorporates real-life scenarios and configuration examples with several of hands-on activities. |
